Prashanthi is an experienced leader with expertise in Digital transformation, venture building, product development and early-stage investing. Throughout her career, she has focused on multiple domains including clean Energy, climate tech, sustainability, IoT, AI and data analytics.

As the Vice President of Products at a company which has a market cap of $43B, a leader in Building management, she led multiple strategic initiatives in the building decarbonization space. During her 14-year stint at a French Fortune 500 company, a global leader in energy management, she co-founded two startups in the energy transition space of which one was a successful exit.

Prashanthi has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a B.S in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University.
